Nutzung der App
Playora ist kostenlos. Du darfst die App nutzen, um in deinen LIVEs Spiele mit deinen Zuschauern zu spielen.
TikTok
Playora ist eine unabhängige App und gehört nicht zu TikTok oder ByteDance. Für dein LIVE gelten die Nutzungsbedingungen und Community-Richtlinien von TikTok; für den Inhalt deines LIVEs bist du verantwortlich. TikTok kann seinen Dienst jederzeit ändern – dann kann es sein, dass die App dein LIVE eine Zeit lang nicht lesen kann.
Was deine Zuschauer schreiben
Namen, Bilder und Kommentare in den Spielen kommen von deinen Zuschauern; wir haben keinen Einfluss darauf. Nutze die Werkzeuge von TikTok (Schlüsselwort-Filter, Stummschalten, Blockieren), um dein LIVE zu schützen.
Faire Nutzung
Nutze die App nicht, um gegen Gesetze zu verstoßen, andere bloßzustellen oder die Rechte anderer zu verletzen.
Änderungen
Wir können die App aktualisieren, Funktionen ändern oder entfernen oder das Angebot einstellen.
Haftung
Die App ist kostenlos. Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit und überall dort, wo das Gesetz zwingend eine Haftung vorsieht (zum Beispiel nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz). Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung einer wesentlichen Pflicht – einer Pflicht, die die ordnungsgemäße Nutzung der App überhaupt erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung du vertrauen darfst – und nur für den typischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.

Using the app
Playora is free. You may use the app to play games with your viewers in your LIVEs.
TikTok
Playora is an independent app and is not part of TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines apply to your LIVE, and you are responsible for its content. TikTok may change its service at any time – the app may then be unable to read your LIVE for a while.
What your viewers write
Names, pictures and comments in the games come from your viewers; we have no influence on them. Use TikTok's tools (keyword filters, muting, blocking) to protect your LIVE.
Fair use
Do not use the app to break the law, to expose others or to infringe the rights of others.
Changes
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it.
Liability
The app is free. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory (for example product liability). For slight negligence we are liable only for breaching an essential obligation – one that makes the proper use of the app possible in the first place and on which you may rely – and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps applies as well: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app.
Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
