Diese Bedingungen gelten, wenn du die App Cutora von SamiDevStudio nutzt. Mit der Nutzung der App stimmst du ihnen zu.
Nutzung der App
Du darfst Cutora kostenlos auf deinen eigenen Geräten nutzen, für private und gewerbliche Videos. Die App zeigt Werbung; welche Daten sie nutzt, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Deine Videos
Was du mit der App erstellst, gehört dir. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, die Rechte an allem zu haben, was du verwendest – Videos, Fotos, Musik, Stimmen und die gezeigten Personen –, und beim Teilen deiner Videos das Recht und die Regeln der jeweiligen Plattform einzuhalten.
Enthaltene Sounds und Schriften
Die Soundeffekte und Schriften der App darfst du in den Videos verwenden, die du mit ihr erstellst, auch gewerblich. Du darfst sie nicht aus der App herauslösen und einzeln weitergeben.
Faire Nutzung
Nutze die App nicht, um gegen Gesetze zu verstoßen oder die Rechte anderer zu verletzen.
Änderungen und Sicherung
Wir können die App aktualisieren, Funktionen ändern oder entfernen oder das Angebot einstellen. Deine Projekte gibt es nur auf deinem Handy; sie gehen verloren, wenn du die App deinstallierst oder das Handy verlierst – sichere die Videos, die dir wichtig sind.
Haftung
Die App ist kostenlos. Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit und überall dort, wo das Gesetz zwingend eine Haftung vorsieht (zum Beispiel nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz). Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung einer wesentlichen Pflicht – einer Pflicht, die die ordnungsgemäße Nutzung der App überhaupt erst ermöglicht und auf deren Einhaltung du vertrauen darfst – und nur für den typischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.

Hast du die App aus Apples App Store, gilt zusätzlich Apples Standard-Lizenzvertrag für Apps: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple und Google sind für die App nicht verantwortlich.
Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Bist du Verbraucher, bleiben die zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem du wohnst, unberührt.

Cutora – Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the app Cutora by SamiDevStudio. By using the app you agree to them.
Using the app
You may use Cutora free of charge on your own devices, for private and commercial videos. The app shows ads; the privacy policy explains which data they use.
Your videos
What you create with the app belongs to you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you use – videos, photos, music, voices and the people shown – and for following the law and the rules of the platforms where you share your videos.
Included sounds and fonts
You may use the sound effects and fonts included in the app in the videos you make with it, also commercially. You may not extract them from the app and pass them on separately.
Fair use
Do not use the app to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.
Changes and backups
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. Your projects exist only on your phone and are lost when you uninstall the app or lose the phone – keep copies of the videos that matter to you.
Liability
The app is free. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law makes liability mandatory (for example product liability). For slight negligence we are liable only for breaching an essential obligation – one that makes the proper use of the app possible in the first place and on which you may rely – and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
App stores
If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps applies as well: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app.
Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
